General questions

> When can I expect my favours/cards?

You can find the expected delivery date in the confirmation e-mail sent to your e-mail address. After you received confirmation and cleared payment, it takes us approximatelly 5 days to get your package ready for shipment.

> Can I track and trace my order?

Most orders are send with parcel post. If that is the case you will receive a track and trace code via e-mail when we present your package to the shipping company. Unfortunately it is not possible to follow your order if it has been sent by regular mail.

> Where can I enter my discount code?

You can enter you discount code in the shopping cart after personalising the design.

> I've received my order but there's a problem. What do I do?

> When are you open? Can I visit you?

The opening hours of our headquarters in Utrecht, the Netherlands, are as follows: Monday to Friday 7.30 – 16.00 (UTC +0) Offices closed Saturday and Sunday. You may visit us by prior arrangement only. If visiting please note that we are a warehouse and not a shop.

> Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Unfortunately it is not possible to return personalised favours or cards. You can read more about it in our Return Policy. If your package has not been delivered according to your specifications, please contact us.
